ZRP Offer US$10K Reward for Arrest of US$300K Fraud Suspect
The ZRP is on the hunt for a man accused of defrauding a local firm of US$300K offering a US$10K reward for information leading to his arrest.

The suspect is being sought in connection with a fraud case which occurred in Bulawayo.
“The Zimbabwe Republic Police is urgently appealing for information which may lead to the identification, location, and subsequent arrest of a most wanted person whose picture is part of the statement. The suspect is being sought in connection with a fraud case of US$300,000.00 which occurred in Bulawayo. The suspect defrauded a local firm and disappeared. A reward of US$10,000.00 is being offered to anyone who will provide credible information on the identity and location, leading to the arrest of the suspect. Suspect Linked to Deadly 2018 Bombing

According to ZimLive, the same suspect is believed to be the alleged perpetrator of the 2018 White City Stadium bombing. The explosion killed three state security agents and wounded over 40 people, including VP Kembo Mohadi and Oppah Muchinguri.

Explosive Device Linked to Military
Bomb experts from Belarus concluded that the explosive device was an offensive fragmentation grenade made in Russia. The grenade is in current use by the Zimbabwe military. They projected that it had been lobbed in President Mnangagwa’s direction from a distance of about 17-20 meters.
