The allegations against Chikwira state that on February 2, she supervised the processing of a significant quantity of biscuits, including 200 cases of 12×125 grams chocolate creams and 504 cases of 10×500 grams vanilla snaps. She recorded the processing in the company’s production book and evaluation book.
Unauthorized Transfer
On the same day, Chikwira allegedly requested the transfer of the aforementioned biscuits, seeking approval from the accounts clerk. However, she failed to follow through with the transfer as outlined in the company’s transfer of goods distribution manual.
As a result of her actions, Chikwira failed to account for the goods that she had indicated for transfer and recorded in the company’s books.
