The ruling in the matter in which MDC-Alliance principal Tendai Biti, who is facing charges of inciting the violent post-election demonstration in Harare on August 1 last year is set for tomorrow (Monday) at the Harare Magistrate’s court.
The ruling comes after a fully contested trial and Harare magistrate Gloria Takundwa is set to make the ruling in the morning based on closing submissions from both the State and Defense.
Biti stands accused of stoking post-election violence.
He is also charged with falsely and unlawfully announcing results of the July 30 election.
