Domboshava Girlfriend Fights for Life After Brutal Assault by Husband’s Bitter Wife
A Domboshava woman, who is also the girlfriend of a married man, is currently fighting for her life after being brutally assaulted by the bitter wife over an alleged affair. Ellen Malungisa is currently fighting for her life in the hospital after being struck with a machete.
A Vicious Attack Unleashed
Delia appeared before regional magistrate Stanford Mambanje, where she was remanded in custody to Thursday, pending bail considerations. According to court proceedings, the incident occurred on Saturday in Gutsai Village, Domboshava, under Chief Chinamhora.
A Jealous Accusation Leads to Brutality
Delia confronted Ellen Malungisa, accusing her of snatching her husband. The confrontation quickly turned violent as Mukonyora unleashed a savage attack on her husband’s girlfriend, striking her with a machete all over her body.

Witnesses Intervene, Arrest Ensues
In a desperate bid to stop the assault, witnesses stepped in and managed to restrain Mukonyora. They made a citizen’s arrest as Malungisa suffered profuse bleeding from her head and arms. She was subsequently rushed to Parirenyatwa Hospital, where she remains in critical condition, fighting for her life.

Security Guard’s Mistake Results in Attempted Murder Charge
In another story, a 19-year-old security guard named Milan Marangwanda found himself facing charges of attempted murder. The court heard that on March 4, Marangwanda and the complainant were traveling together in a truck when Marangwanda was handed a .22 Pietro Beretta pistol.

An Accidental Trigger Pull
Tragically, Marangwanda accidentally squeezed the trigger, firing a shot that struck the complainant’s left leg above the knee. The victim sustained a gunshot wound due to the security guard’s unfortunate mistake.
