Bulawayo Landlord Arrested for Indecent Exposure to 25-Year-Old Tenant While she was Undressing in Her Room

Shayne Mafoche, a 24-year-old landlord from Bulawayo, was arrested for indecent exposure after allegedly exposing his genitals to his 25-year-old tenant while she was undressing in her room.

Unveiling the Peeping Tom’s Actions

According to a source close to the matter, the unnamed tenant was changing clothes in her bedroom when Mafoche allegedly peeped through the window. Startled, she confronted him, questioning his unwarranted intrusion into her privacy. In response, Mafoche hurled insults at her and made a quick dash towards the door.

A Lewd Display and Hasty Retreat

The landlord exposed himself to his tenant in a lewd manner, unzipping his pants and approaching her while holding his genitals. The terrified victim fled the room in fear. However, in a moment of apparent shame, Mafoche hastily concealed himself and fled the scene.

Reporting and Arrest

The tenant wasted no time in reporting the incident to the police, lodging a complaint at Kumalo Police Station. As a result, Mafoche was promptly arrested by the police.

Authorities Condemn the Act

Bulawayo Police Spokesperson, Inspector Abednico Ncube, expressed condemnation of the incident, emphasizing that such behavior constitutes a criminal offense. Inspector Ncube stressed that Mafoche’s actions were unlawful.

Denial Amidst Evidence

When contacted for a comment, Mafoche answered his phone but denied any involvement in the incident, despite the evidence against him.
