JUSTICE Erica Ndewere Monday afternoon reserved judgement in the matter in which Tourism minister Priscah Mupfumira is facing charges of criminal abuse of office.
Mupfumira who is being held at Chikuribi Female Prison had applied for bail at the High Court through her lawyer advocate Lewis Uriri.
This was after magistrates court ruled that she spend 21 days imprisonment on grounds that she might conceal or destroy evidence.
The Cabinet minister is answering to charges of allegedly swindling the National Social Security Authority (Nssa) of over US$95 million.
Meanwhile, her application seeking to refer her case to the Constitutional Court was dismissed by the High Court.
