Deputy minister confident of successful tourism expo in Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe’s Deputy Minister of Tourism and Hospitality Industry, Tongai Mafidi Mnangagwa, said he was confident that the Sanganai-Hlanganani World Tourism Expo, which starts on Thursday, will be a success despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Mnangagwa made the remarks on Tuesday after touring the exhibition stands at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair, where the expo will be held. He praised the exhibitors for their creativity and diversity, saying they showcased the potential of Zimbabwe’s tourism sector.
