Chamisa Praises First Lady

Movement for Democratic Change President Nelson Chamisa has showered words of praise to the first lady Auxilia Mnangagwa.

The first lady attended the funeral of  Vimbai Java Tsvangirai

Speaking on the sidelines of the funeral Chamisa said that the first lady had shown Ubuntu.

“We are Africans and what she (First Lady) has shown ubuntu and we should comment such things,” Said Chamisa.

Chamisa went on to say that the First Lady respects Parliament that is the other reason why she attended the funeral

“She is a former Member of Parliament and she has shown that she respects Parliament and this is encouraging,” added Chamisa.

Some sources are reporting that Chamisa requested a private meeting with the first lady which was granted and it will be held soon , when asked if he had sent a message to his counterpart President Emerson Mnangagwa Chamisa dismissed that notion.

“I did not send any message to Mnangagwa ,I just consoled her and exchanged greetings as Africans,” said Chamisa

Vimbai Tsvangirai will be buried on Thursday at Glenforest cemetery and mourners are gathered at House Number 2 Lyndhurst in Stratharven
