As a precautionary measure, the employee is self-isolating and stable while waiting for PCR testing for confirmation,” Tswatswa added.

Zim Morning Post is reliably informed that the COVID-19 case is that of a journalism student on attachment with the media house.

Meanwhile, AMH has shut its doors to the public, appealing to its clients to bear with it while measures to disinfect its operating environment are taken.

In the interim, our offices are closed to the public and those requiring services are advised to use our digital platforms and call centre numbers… for services,” Tswatswa said.

According to the communique, full services would be restored after “all regulatory requirements have been met”.
