A 24-YEAR-OLD Shamva woman, who worked as a maid in Msasa Park, is facing allegations of aggravated indecent assault.
The alleged offence came surfaced after the maid resigned and complainant’s mother employed a new maid.
It is said the juvenile asked the new maid to do on him what the previous maid would allegedly do on him.
Accused, Shylet Chinhema, on Tuesday appeared at the Harare Magistrates’ Courts facing charges of indecent assault after she inserted complainant’s penis into her mouth and sucked his manhood.
She appeared before Harare Magistrate Rumbidzai Mugwagwa.
The court heard that on dates not known to the State, during the period extending from April to December 2019 in Homestead road, Msasa Park, Hatfield in Harare.
Chinhema would allegedly bath the complainant almost daily.
According to the State, the accused would each time after bathing him suck his manhood.
Initially, the victim said he would feel the pain but with time, he got used to the ordeal.
Complainant was referred to a Harare hospital for a medical affidavit.
The affidavit is yet to be obtained.
The accused was denied bail with presiding magistrate ruling that she applied for one at the High Court.
Mugwagwa remanded the accused to January 28.
