HARARE – CCC MPs Job Sikhala & Godfrey Sithole have been denied bail for the fifth time.
Beatrice Mtetwa and Jeremiah Bhamu, instructed by the Zimbabwe Human Rights NGO Forum and Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights had applied for bail on changed circumstances.
Harare Magistrate Taurai Manuwere ruled that there are no changed circumstances to warrant their release.
The two have been charged with inciting the June 14 Nyatsime violence. The two have been at the remand prison for over 110 days.
