UNLIKE flamboyant and lavish clergymen who splash thousands of dollars on their birthdays, South Africa based Zimbabwean born clergyman Prophet F Jay Moses of Revelation of Christ ministries this week celebrated his birthday differently.
Famed for his prophecy of the Ethiopian Airlines plane last year, the 33-year old prophet donated food and cash gifts to 10 families in Gauteng Province.
Prophet F Jay Moses’s spokesperson said the prophet decided to share with the needy rather than flaunting wealth.
“Even though he has had a lavish wedding, this time he decided to spend his birthday with 10 needy families and he donated cash gifts and food stuffs.
“He personally did not want this public , but as his advisors we found it necessary to inspire other upcoming pastors to desist from flaunting wealth,” he said.
He is the founder and general overseer of Revelation of Christ church founded in 2014 in Australia.
He recently opened a branch in Centurion.
Affectionately known as Prophet Fadzai , the 33 year old is a product of TB Joshua’s ministry and is a Turkish trained former Zimbabwe Presidential Guard Bomb disposal technician .He relocated to South Africa in 2014 to start Revelation of Christ Church.
He has ministered in United States, South Africa, Namibia and other countries in the region.
According to his ministry‘s website they have evidence of accurate prophecies, healing, signs and wonders .
He was also nominated in top 30 most influential young Christian ministers in SADC .
He has preached in all continents.
