ZIMBABWE football champions FC Platinum have discarded 2010 Soccer Star of the Year, Charles Sibanda, and a host of other senior players.
Eight-time Premier Soccer League winner Devon Chafa, veteran striker Mkhokheli Dube and goalkeeper Wallace Magalane have also been shown the exit door following the expiry of their contracts on December 31 2019.
Magalane who was in goals for FC Platinum against Egyptian side Al Ahly last weekend is reportedly headed to Ngezi Platinum Stars.
The players contracts expired on December 31 2019.
Rodwell Chinyengetere has returned to Baroka FC in South Africa following the expiry of his loan spell at FC Platinum.
FC Platinum have signed Stanley Ngala from Manica Diamonds, Nomore Chinyerere from relegated Hwange and are still trying hard to win the signature of former Triangle captain Ralph Kawondera.
Kawondera has agreed terms with the Zvishavane club but is still weighing offers from other teams.
