Acting chief Magistrate Munamato Mutevedzi has remanded Tourism Minister Priscah Mupfumira to 21 days in custody.
Mutevedzi also said the evidence given by the defence lawyer Charles Chinyama contradicts with Sect 32 3b of the Criminal Law (Codification & Reform) Act which he raised.
