Another blow for Warriors… players are denied entry into NSS

The Zimbabwe national soccer team  has been denied entry into the National Sports Stadium (NSS) for their afternoon  training session on Thursday.

Zim Morning Post Sports can reveal that by the time of publication this afternoon, the Warriors were  still milling outside the giant stadium .

An inside source confirmed that the Warriors have been denied entry owing to miscommunication .

“It is just miscommunication between the guys at office and those at the ground (National Sports Stadium) but I can assure you that the stadium will be opened soon,” said our source.

The Warriors who are yet to receive their Umbro kit will play Congo -Brazzaville in a make or break encounter on Sunday 24 May at National Sports Stadium.

Efforts to get an official comment from ZIFA Spokesperson Xolisani Gwesela hit a snag as he did not pick his mobile phone.
