HARARE – Zimbabwe Olympic Committee CEO Stephen Mudawarima is facing an unceremonious dismissal from the national Olympic committee after he was suspended from his role under unclear circumstances, Zim Morning Post can reveal.
The seasoned sports administrator was appointed ZOC CEO effective 1 January 2021. He took over from Anna Mguni who resigned from ZOC with effect from 31 December 2020.
Up till that point Mudawarima was ZOC Board member.
