The Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (Zesa) board of directors has suspended three senior managers following a disciplinary hearing over various allegations including abuse of office and illicit financial dealings, the Zim Morning Post has heard.
The board has also made senior management changes as the parastatal seeks to cleanse massive rot, corruption and lack of corporate governance.
Among those suspended include Head Cooperate Services, Rufaro Pasipanodya, Public Relations manager, Fullard Gwasira and Obson Matunja.
The board also made wholesale changes in the management which saw Kenneth Maswera becoming the acting Zimbabwe Power Company (ZPC) managing director taking over from the under-fire Robson Chikuri who has been transferred to Bulawayo.
