HARARE – Zimbabwe Anti Corruption Commission (ZACC) has issued a public appeal in a bid to find the whereabouts of National Social Security Authority (NSSA) Investments Manager Mr Brian Murerwa.
ZACC stated that Mr. Murerwa is a candidate for an interview as part of its ongoing Financial Investigations at NSSA, adding subtly that “we want him to assist in the investigations.”
“Anyone with information regarding the present whereabouts of Mr Brian Murerwa to assist in advising him to contact ZACC Investigations Department on 0719529483 0242 369602/5/8/14,” ZACC said in a statement.
ZACC investigations have been prompted by a number of charges of corporate malpractice made at the institution in key divisions such audit, finance, investments, procurement, and properties.
Allegations of corruption at NSSA have sine seen its General Manager Mr Arthur Manase suspended.
