The trial for former Information Communication and Technology minister Supa Mandiwanzira has kicked off at the Harare Magistrate Court on Thursday.
Mandiwanzira gave his notice of application for variation of his bail conditions as he applies for the temporary release of his passport until February 13.
Mandiwanzira stands accused of criminal abuse of office after he allegedly engaged South African firm Megawatt Company to provide services to NetOne without going to tender.
