Kwekwe, ZIMBABWE — In a world where titles and accolades often define us, Apostle Joy’s message at the Merry Day Celebrations hosted by New Creation Life Ministries International (NCL) was a breath of fresh air.
Speaking to a sea of faces at Goldridge College on August 31, 2025, he dared to challenge the status quo. “Come to God before God as a patient, not as a dignitary,” he urged, his words echoing the story of Naaman, the war general who had to shed his pride to receive healing from Elisha.
With unflinching honesty, Apostle Joy tackled the sensitive topic of finances, a subject that often makes Christians squirm. He exposed the mindset of scarcity that plagues many, declaring, “You give so that you are able to give.” The auditorium resonated with this message on a calm autumn Sunday midday with the weight of Apostle Joy’s words, as he emphasized the importance of adopting a mindset of abundance.
As he spoke, the congregants were literally on the edge of their chairs with anticipation of such revelations! Apostle Joy’s message wasn’t just about financial freedom; it was about living life. And living that life at God’s speed, not just good speed. “God’s time is triggered by perfect understanding,” he declared, citing scriptures from 2nd John 1 verse 11(KJV) and Genesis 24 verse 12 (KJV). The crowd hung on his every word, eager to experience the accelerated success that comes from trusting in God’s plan.
Through the ministry he founded (NCL) over 14 years ago with the endless support of his wife, a phenomenal minister of the Word – Pastor Mary Museba; Apostle Joy, has demonstrated the power of trusting in God’s timing and provision. His journey has been marked by moments of surrender, where he had to let go of his own understanding and trust in God’s plan. As a result, he has experienced remarkable breakthroughs and achievements, a testament to the transformative power of faith and obedience.
As a seasoned minister of the Word of God, Apostle Joy’s teachings are more than a pillar of hope and inspiration to many. His ability to dissect the Word with precision and clarity has touched countless lives, and his commitment to sharing the truth remains unwavering.
The opportunities to hear him minister are endless, either online through various social media platforms for those abroad, local or not able to physically see him every Sunday. However, just around the corner, the opportunity to meet him is there at the Night of Results in Harare on September 12, 2025, at the Eastend Hall-Showgrounds. Moreover, the biggest event of the ministry, the Apostolic Summit in Kwekwe, Zimbabwe from October 16 to 19, 2025, where his matchless insight and passion for the Word will undoubtedly set ablaze the lives of all who attend.
For those who seek divine revelation and life-changing truth, Apostle Joy’s ministry is a rare gift, and one that will continue to illuminate the path to spiritual growth and transformation. And will definitely, equip the saints for the work of the ministry according to Ephesians 4 verses 12 (ESV) which reads, “to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,”.
