Chiwenga, Marry officially divorced
High Court judge Owen has ruled that Vice President Constantino Chiwenga and Marry Mubaiwa’s customary customary union has ceased to exist in November 2019 after Chiwenga gave her a US$100 “gupuro” divorce token in terms of African law and custom.
Financial affairs of maintenance and property division and the custody of children have to still be settled in civil suits.
