Charter House located in the capital’s central business district is set to be converted into a five star hotel, the Zim Morning Post has learnt.
This follows its acquisition by a Chinese investor from Mashonaland Holdings who have owned the skyscraper since 2003 .
Mashonaland Holdings bought the 12 storey building from Anglo- America which was their headquarters in Zimbabwe since 1958.
The deal is expected to be concluded on Thursday morning.
