THE opposition MDC demo prohibition court case challenge was heard at Tredgold magistrates court Monday morning and the opposition party will have to wait longer for the ruling to be handed down.
Through its lawyers, MDC was seeking to overturn the police prohibition order against the planned demonstrations.
Ruling will be handed down Monday late afternoon around 4pm technically rendering the planned demo a flop.
The court house was surrounded by about 200 heavily armed anti- riot police who were reportedly limiting the public access.
