CHEGUTU – ZANU PF Chegutu West legislator, Dexter Nduna on Thursday spent the night in police custody following his arrest on charges of leading a foiled land invasion of Risboro Farm in Chegutu.
Nduna was arrested for contravening section 3 (1) (4) of the Gazetted Land (Consequential Provisions) Act Chapter 20:28 as read with the Statutory Instrument 8/2006.
The legislator is expected to appear before the Chegutu Magistrates Court today.
