RENOWNED local fitness trainer Gerald Maguranyanga is demanding his foreskin claiming circumcision has reduced his sexual sensitivity.
Maguranyanga jumped onto the male circumcision drive that was on whirlwind campaign around the country encouraging adolescent boys and men to go under the knife as a way to curb the spread of HIV and Aids.
Proponents of male circumcision say there is compelling evidence that male circumcision reduces the risk of heterosexually acquired HIV infection in men by approximately 60%.
However, taking to his micro-blogging Twitter handle, Maguranyanga said the surgical removal of the foreskin a year ago is haunting him in bed.
“Pinda muSmart circumcision is racket folks don’t do it, it substantially reduces male sensitivity. I was circumcised at 45, a year or so ago just to be smarter,” he posted on twitter.
Maguranyanga said that the PindamuSmart drive is a fraud.
“Circumcision a ratchet you perpetrate on the uninformed.You cut me via false pretenses, substantially reduced my sensitivity. Was circumcised at 45, a year ago I want my foreskin back(ndoda ganda rangu),” he said.
“I was robbed off my skin by utter lies. It’s a fight I will soon take to the doorstep of the Pinda muSmart NGO,” reads another tweet he posted.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time such a claim has been made as an unidentified man in Chiredzi laid claims that circumcision had made his penis to loose erection sometime in 2013.
