CHITUNGWIZA mayor Lovemore Maiko has been attacked on Monday, by suspected Zanu PF youths at the town’s head office, Zim Morning Post has learnt.
Maiko reportedly wrote a letter to the town clerk George Makunde probing him why he is in the habit of snubbing council events organised by the mayor and the full council meetings.
“Their feud started when Maiko (Mayor) wrote a letter to the TC (Town Clerk) asking him why he was snubbing council events organised by Maiko’s office and the Full Council meetings” an insider said.
