CCC youth member Last Chinodya, who was arrested on 30 September on charges of threatening violence on a ZANU-PF supporter Tonderai Rusere has been granted $10 000 bail by a Mbare magistrate.
Chinodya will however remain in custody for allegedly assaulting Rusere.
He was represented by Noble Chinhanu, of the Zimbabwe Human Rights NGO Forum.
He is denying the charges claiming they are designed to expend with him and other CCC leadership ahead of the 2023 general elections.
