High Court judge Justice Maxwell has dismissed an application for bail pending appeal by 14 Nyatsime detainees.
She said the 14 have approached the wrong court.
“I can not deliver judgement on merit. The applicants must approach the Magistrate’s Court,” Justice Maxwell said.
One of the Nyatsime accused persons Ephrage Gwavava has been unwell because of his condition of sugar diabetes.
The prison hospital has been assisting him but he is saying his condition is not improving.
The Zimbabwe Human Rights NGO Forum has approached the Harare Remand Prison Officer-In-Charge requesting for permission to have Gwavava attended to by his private doctors.
